Dublin born Daire Bracken first
learned to play the fiddle in C.C.E, in Dublin, where he now teaches
traditional Irish music. He learned to play West Mayo style early on
and those roots as well as his collaborations with David have resulted
in his unique & exciting style of fiddle playing, evocative of the
rugged West coast of Ireland.
Daire also performed & recorded
with bands like Delos and Puca before becoming one of the founding
members of the Irish Music Magazine "Band of the Year" 1999 & 2000,
the now legendary Danu. |
